Intellectual property

The structure of this site, its text, its graphic design, its illustrations, its icon set, the SnackRoster name and the SnackRoster mark are the property of MLJ, SASU, or are used with permission. All of it is protected under French and international copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts of this site for review, teaching or news purposes provided you name SnackRoster and link back to the page you quoted.

Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation, extraction or commercial reuse of all or part of the site, by any means and on any medium, requires the prior written permission of MLJ, SASU. That includes copying the page templates, the copy on the home page and the product screenshots. Photographs used on this site are licensed for use by MLJ, SASU and may not be extracted for reuse elsewhere.

Trade names mentioned in the FAQ, such as schedule platforms that export files SnackRoster can read, belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe compatibility. No partnership or endorsement is implied.

Liability

MLJ, SASU takes care to keep the information published on snackroster.com accurate and current. The pricing, the feature descriptions and the figures shown were correct on the date of the last review shown at the foot of this page. Even so, errors and omissions can happen, and information can go out of date between reviews. The publisher gives no warranty that the content of this site is complete or free of error, and accepts no liability for a decision taken on the basis of the site alone.

Access to the site may be interrupted for maintenance, for a host incident or for reasons outside the publisher's control. MLJ, SASU cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from access to the site, from the impossibility of accessing it, or from the use of any information published on it. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience: the publisher does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Contractual commitments about the SnackRoster service itself, including availability and support, are set out in the terms of service rather than in this notice.

Personal data

The handling of personal data collected through the contact form, including the retention period and the rights available to visitors in the United States and in the European Union, is described in full in the privacy policy. No advertising cookie and no third party analytics tag is loaded by this site.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and the use of snackroster.com are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the site, its content or its use falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, including where there are several defendants or where third parties are joined to the proceedings. Where a mandatory consumer protection rule in the user's country of residence gives that user a different forum, that rule applies.
